Wissam Breidy and Paula Gambrell announced on Thursday, 22 October, the launch of BRDG House in Dubai, a strategic development firm designed to integrate directly with real estate developers rather than operating as an external consultancy. The two founding partners enter the venture with a combined track record of supervising more than Dh30 billion in real estate sales, positioning, and commercial activity across regional and international markets. The firm aims to provide end-to-end services including development strategy, brand building, and sales leadership. Strategic Integration Model BRDG House distinguishes itself by embedding its personnel within a developer’s existing leadership and functional teams. The model focuses on aligning market intelligence with product strategy and commercial execution to ensure that pricing and positioning meet current market demands. Wissam Breidy, who previously served as CEO of HRE Development and was named CEO of the Year at the 2025 Entrepreneur Leadership Awards, stated that the firm’s objective is to build value into the developer brand itself, rather than just marketing individual projects.
