President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a written message from Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of Singapore, focusing on the bilateral relationship between the two nations. The message was delivered during a formal reception at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi.
