Stake Partners With ACE & Company for UAE Fractional Real Estate Trading

Stake and ACE & Company launch a secondary transfer facility to enable fractional property share trading in Dubai.
Stake, a Dubai-based real estate investment platform, has partnered with Geneva-headquartered ACE & Company to launch a secondary transfer facility for fractional property shares. The agreement targets the lack of liquidity in the fractional real estate market by allowing investors to trade their holdings before a property's eventual sale. Trading Fractional Holdings The new mechanism allows Stake’s user base to sell their existing investment stakes to other qualified buyers. Previously, investors in fractional real estate often had to wait for five-year investment cycles or the final liquidation of the asset to exit their positions. This facility introduces a structured exit route within the holding period, regulated under the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) framework. ACE & Company, a global private equity firm managing over $1.6 billion in assets, will provide the institutional infrastructure to support these secondary transactions. The partnership focuses on improving capital efficiency for individual investors who utilize the Stake app to purchase portions of Dubai rental properties starting from AED 500.
