Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani held a telephone conversation on Monday, 17 August to coordinate regional de-escalation efforts.
