EDGE Group and Tawazun Council to Lead UAE Security Delegation in Aqaba

The UAE Pavilion will showcase its latest national defence capabilities at the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference (SOFEX) Jordan 2026, scheduled for 27 to 29 October at the Aqaba International Exhibition & Convention Centre. Supported by the Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council, and organised by ADNEC Group, the pavilion serves as the official national platform for the UAE's security ecosystem. The delegation will feature prominent entities including EDGE Group, Multi Level Group (MLG), NICOMATIC, and Houbara, alongside official military publications Nation Shield and Al Jundi Journal. Strategic Defence Integration The biennial event, held under the patronage of King Abdullah II of Jordan, attracts military delegations and government officials from across the globe. Before the main exhibition opens, the 12th Biennial Middle East Special Operations Commanders Conference (MESOC) will convene on 26 October to address tactical innovation, unmanned systems, and homeland security. UAE entities are participating to secure international partnerships and promote advanced manufacturing capabilities.
