Dubai Investments PJSC shareholders approved a 25 per cent cash dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, during the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). The payout represents 25 fils per share, totaling approximately Dh1.06 billion distributed to investors. Financial Performance and Governance The dividend approval follows a year of expansion for the Dubai-listed investment firm. Beyond the capital distribution, the AGM also resulted in the election of a new Board of Directors for a three-year term. The newly formed board includes Abdulrahman Ghanem Al Mutaiwee, Khalid Jassim Bin Kalban, Ali Fardan Ali Al Fardan, Mohamed Saif Al Suwaidi, Khaled Mohammad Al Kamda, Ahmed Sultan Al Kuwaiti, and Hind Abdulrahman Qassim Al Ali. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Dh1.13 billion for 2023. Total assets remained stable at approximately Dh21.44 billion as of the end of the fiscal year. The board confirmed that the dividend will be paid to shareholders registered as of the closing date of the general assembly.
