The payout follows a period of portfolio diversification and expansion across the industrial, real estate, and financial sectors. Dividend Structure and Financial Performance The 25% dividend represents 25 fils per share. This distribution comes after Dubai Investments reported a net profit of AED 1.13 billion for 2023. Total assets for the group reached AED 21.44 billion by the end of the year, up from AED 20.46 billion in 2022. The company’s total equity climbed to AED 13.46 billion, compared to AED 12.84 billion in the prior year. The board of directors confirmed that the dividend will be distributed to shareholders registered as of the entitlement date.
