Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has partnered with Careem to launch a subsidised e-bike service for delivery riders in 11 specified areas. The move aims to improve rider safety, reduce operational costs for drivers, and lower carbon emissions from last-mile deliveries across the city.
