Abu Dhabi Police launched a series of field initiatives on Wednesday to mark International Workers’ Day, distributing parcels and organizing awareness sessions for laborers across the emirate. The events took place at multiple worker residential complexes and industrial sites, focusing on social integration and appreciation for the workforce's contribution to infrastructure and development. Field distributions and welfare support The Community Police Department, in coordination with the Traffic and Patrols Directorate, deployed patrols to distribute meals and personal care kits to thousands of employees. These activities were concentrated in areas including Musaffah and the Al Mafraq industrial zones. Officers engaged with workers on-site to provide guidance on safety regulations and labor rights, utilizing multilingual staff to ensure communication across different nationalities. The initiative involved several specialized departments, including the Human Rights Department and the Happiness and Positivity Department.
