Dubai-based corporate services provider World Zone announced a Dh2.75 million bonus payout to its employees on Monday, following a year of record growth for the consultancy firm. The distribution reflects the company’s performance in 2023, where it achieved a 40 per cent increase in revenue and expanded its client portfolio beyond 5,000 active businesses. Performance-Linked Incentives The total bonus pool covers over 100 staff members across various departments, including business setup consultants, legal advisors, and administrative support teams. Management confirmed that the average payout per employee significantly exceeds regional industry standards for the SME services sector. Individual disbursements were calculated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and tenure within the organization. In addition to the Dh2.75 million cash incentives, World Zone reported a 25 per cent increase in its workforce during the last fiscal year.
