The United Arab Emirates’ real estate market has recorded an unprecedented commercial milestone, with the country’s ten leading property developers generating more than Dh113.7 billion in domestic sales during the first six months of 2026. Compiled from official half-year corporate financial filings and transactional data from property intelligence platform DXB Interact, the figures highlight the scale of global capital allocation into Abu Dhabi and Dubai master developments. Leading the national sales table, Modon Holding secured the number one position by booking Dh23 billion in domestic property sales from its flagship Abu Dhabi projects. On a group-wide basis, Modon’s total sales reached Dh26 billion—2.6 times the volume recorded during the same period in 2025—driven by strong demand for luxury waterfront developments such as Hudayriyat Golf Estates and the rapid sell-out of residential inventory at Tara Park on Reem Island. The developer's group revenue expanded 40% year-on-year to Dh9.2 billion, supported by net profits of Dh2.2 billion, reflecting the rapid transformation of Abu Dhabi’s luxury residential market. Emaar Properties captured the second position with Dh22.4 billion in UAE development sales.
