UAE teacher and three children die in Oman road accident after Salalah trip

An Egyptian school teacher and three children died in a vehicle collision in the Haima district of Oman on Sunday, 19 July, while returning from a holiday in Salalah. The accident occurred on the Adam-Thumrait road, a major highway connecting the southern governorate of Dhofar to the capital, Muscat. The victims were identified as Heba Jad Allah, an Arabic teacher at an international school in the UAE, and three of her children. Two other family members, including the husband, survived the crash but sustained various injuries. Local emergency services transported the survivors to a nearby hospital in Haima for medical treatment.
