UAE student safety prioritized as 20,000 staff complete transport training

Emirates Transport has deployed a fleet of 10,000 school buses across the UAE to facilitate student transport for the 2026–2027 academic year. The fleet has been outfitted with updated safety and security systems ahead of the new term beginning in late August. Staff Training and Safety Standards The state-owned transport provider confirmed that 10,000 drivers and 10,000 safety supervisors have completed a comprehensive training programme.
