UAE starts Etihad Rail passenger services and new road rules this October

The UAE enters a period of significant logistical and seasonal shifts on Wednesday, 1 October, as new passenger rail services launch, school holidays begin, and major outdoor destinations reopen for the winter season. Etihad Rail passenger services begin Etihad Rail starts its inaugural passenger service connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi on Monday, 28 September, with full operations in effect by 1 October.
