ABU DHABI / DUBAI — The United Arab Emirates has officially commenced nationwide celebrations commemorating Emirati Women’s Day, inaugurating a dynamic, month-long national campaign running from August 28 through September 28. Held this year under the inspiring theme ‘We Emerge Stronger and Better’, the milestone celebrates decades of visionary female empowerment and spotlights the indispensable role of Emirati women as strategic partners in building the nation, shaping its future, and advancing its global leadership. The theme was announced by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, ‘Mother of the Nation’, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF).
