Balanced Regulation: UAE Fuel Price Committee Announces Petrol and Diesel Rates for August 2026

In accordance with its established transparent pricing framework, the United Arab Emirates Fuel Price Committee has officially approved petrol and diesel prices for August 2026. The monthly announcement, released on July 31, introduces limited adjustments across all fuel categories to maintain direct alignment with shifting global energy benchmarks. Beginning Saturday, August 1, 2026, retail fuel prices at service stations across the seven Emirates will be set as follows: Super 98 petrol will be priced at AED 3.60 per litre (up from AED 3.40 in July), Special 95 petrol will stand at AED 3.49 per litre (up from AED 3.29 in July), and E-Plus 91 petrol will cost AED 3.41 per litre (up from AED 3.21 in July). Meanwhile, diesel fuel, a vital input for commercial transport and heavy logistics, has been adjusted to AED 3.80 per litre from AED 3.60 in the previous month.
