UAE develops 10 mega skyscrapers led by 711-meter Dubai One Tower

Dubai One Tower leads a list of 10 massive skyscrapers currently under construction across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

The UAE construction sector is currently overseeing the development of 10 major skyscrapers scheduled for completion within the next three to five years, led by the 711-meter Dubai One Tower. This pipeline of ultra-tall structures, centered primarily in Dubai with key entries in Ras Al Khaimah, reinforces the country’s lead in high-rise infrastructure in the MENA region. Top three tallest active projects The Dubai One Tower remains the tallest under-construction project in the country, designed to reach 711 meters. It is followed by Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences , which is currently being built to a height of 557 meters in Business Bay. Once finished, this residential tower aims to claim the title of the tallest residential building in the world. Third on the list is the Ciel Tower in Dubai Marina, which stands at 365 meters and is nearing its final phases of development as the world's tallest hotel.
