Turkish Airlines has completed the restoration of its Middle East flight network, increasing frequencies across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to meet surging demand for transit travel through its Istanbul hub. The move restores the carrier’s regional capacity to levels that rival its pre-pandemic footprint, focusing specifically on the high-traffic corridors of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Increased Frequencies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia The carrier currently operates multiple daily flights from Dubai International (DXB) and Abu Dhabi International, maintaining its position as one of the largest foreign operators in the UAE. In Saudi Arabia, the airline has fully resumed services to key cities including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina. These routes are critical to the airline’s strategy of capturing religious tourism and business travel between the Levant and the Peninsula.
