Shuraa Business Setup Surpasses 50,000 Company Registrations in UAE

Shuraa Business Setup has facilitated the registration of more than 50,000 companies in the UAE since its establishment in 2001. The Dubai-based consultancy reports a sustained increase in license applications following the implementation of major regulatory updates to the UAE Commercial Companies Law. Led by Chairman Saeed Khalifa Mohammed Al Fuqaei, the firm operates multiple branches across Dubai, including its central office on Sheikh Zayed Road. The company provides a range of services including mainland and free zone licensing, PRO assistance, and corporate banking support for international and local investors. Expansion into Tax and Residency Services The firm has expanded its service portfolio to address the June 2023 implementation of the UAE’s 9% corporate tax on business profits exceeding AED 375,000. Shuraa now provides mandatory corporate tax registration and VAT compliance services to its client base, which includes small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large-scale industrial operations.
