Sharjah Municipality launches Sustainable Sea drive to combat marine pollution

Sharjah City Municipality has launched the "Sustainable Sea" initiative to address marine pollution and remove underwater debris across the emirate’s coastline. The campaign focuses on Khalid Lagoon and Al Khan Beach, deploying specialized diving teams and municipal staff to extract waste that threatens local marine ecosystems.
