Sharjah landlords cut rents and offer free months amid roadworks

Landlords in Sharjah are reducing annual rents and offering one month of free occupancy to retain tenants as extensive road modernization projects and the summer travel season impact local demand. The incentives are concentrated in districts currently experiencing heavy traffic diversions and construction activity, including areas near the industrial zones and older residential corridors.
