Sharjah Charity International partners with Operation Gallant Knight 3 to deliver educational supplies to Gaza students ahead of the new school year.
Sharjah Charity International (SCI) will launch its "Rise Through Knowledge" campaign on Wednesday, 19 August, to provide educational support to students in the Gaza Strip. The initiative, operating from the cargo village at Sharjah International Airport, is being executed in coordination with the UAE’s "Gallant Knight 3" humanitarian operation. Targeted Support for Gaza Students The campaign aims to provide essential learning materials and support to ensure students in the territory can continue their schooling despite the current conflict. Mohammed Ibrahim bin Nassar, Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing at SCI, stated on Tuesday, 18 August, that the initiative focuses on education as a critical tool for empowerment and long-term recovery. The timing of the launch is designed to coincide with the start of the new academic year. By providing educational supplies, the SCI intends to alleviate the financial burden on Gazan families and help maintain the functionality of the local education system under extreme pressure. Integration with National Relief Efforts The campaign is an extension of the UAE’s broader humanitarian response in the region. By partnering with Operation Gallant Knight 3, SCI is utilizing established national logistics and air bridges to transport aid directly into Gaza.
