Rosewood Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches (ADHA) have formalised a partnership to provide vocational training and professional development for students entering the luxury hospitality sector. The agreement creates a structured pathway for students to transition from academic study to operational roles within the hotel. Professional Training and Internships Under the terms of the partnership, students from the Abu Dhabi-based academy will gain access to hands-on experience at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, located on Al Maryah Island. The program includes internships across various departments, including front-of-house, food and beverage, and management operations. The initiative focuses on practical skills required for the high-end service standards of the UAE capital. The collaboration allows Rosewood Abu Dhabi to recruit directly from a local talent pool trained under the Les Roches curriculum.
