Ras Al Khaimah Chamber signs twinning deal with Lebanon’s Bekaa region

The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a twinning agreement with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Zahle and the Bekaa on Friday, 28 August, to expand bilateral trade and investment between the UAE and Lebanon. Institutional Cooperation Framework Mohamed Mosbbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber, and Mounir Al-Tini, President of the Zahle and Bekaa Chamber, formalised the partnership during the UAE-Lebanon Business Forum in Beirut. The agreement establishes an institutional framework designed to help private sector companies identify joint ventures and long-term investment projects in both regions. The deal targets the exchange of economic data and the facilitation of trade missions. Al Nuaimi stated that the priority is now to transition from preliminary market exploration to the establishment of concrete partnerships between investors in Ras Al Khaimah and Lebanon.
