Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao has released a recreation of Sourav Ganguly’s famous shirt-waving celebration at Lord’s to mark the former Indian cricket captain’s 52nd birthday. The image serves as a first look at the upcoming biographical film documenting the life and career of the sports icon. A Tribute to the 2002 NatWest Final The scene depicts the conclusion of the 2002 NatWest Trophy final, where India successfully chased a target of 326 against England. Ganguly’s decision to remove his jersey and wave it from the Lord’s balcony became a defining image of his captaincy, signaling a shift in the Indian team's competitive posture.
