Dubai-based racing syndicate Palm City Racing has secured a historic double victory in the 2023-2024 season, marking a rapid ascent for the local ownership group after entering the circuit with minimal initial investment. The syndicate clinched both the Owners' Championship and the Training Title, a feat rarely achieved by independent outfits in the competitive UAE racing landscape. Championship Titles and Key Personnel The stable, led by founder Zain Gulamani, operates out of the Grandstand Stables in Meydan. The double win follows a strategic restructuring of the team’s training and scouting operations. Much of the season's success is credited to the partnership with trainer Bhupat Seemar, who managed a roster of horses that consistently placed in the top three throughout the Dubai Racing Carnival and domestic meetings.
