Dubai-based racing syndicate Palm City Racing has secured a historic double victory in the 2023-2024 season, marking a rapid ascent for the local ownership group after entering the circuit with minimal initial investment. The syndicate clinched both the Owners' Championship and the Training Title, a feat rarely achieved by independent outfits in the competitive UAE racing landscape.
