OPEC+ ministers have reached an agreement to increase crude oil production quotas for 2025, adjusting baseline figures for several member states following a period of internal technical reviews. The decision comes during a pivotal meeting aimed at stabilizing global energy markets while addressing long-standing grievances regarding individual production capacities.
