Modon Initiates Infrastructure Projects to Expand Residential Capacity in Al Dhafra

Modon Properties begins large-scale infrastructure work in Madinat Zayed and Mirfa to support residential expansion in Abu Dhabi’s Western Province.

Modon Properties has been mandated to develop a series of large-scale infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi’s Al Dhafra region. The development phase focuses on enhancing residential and commercial utility networks to support the growing population in the UAE’s Western Province. Infrastructure and Utility Expansion The scope of work includes the construction of internal road networks, irrigation systems, and comprehensive utility grids. Contractors will install electricity substations, water supply lines, and sewerage networks. These projects are designed to service hundreds of residential plots in key areas, including Madinat Zayed, Mirfa, and Liwa, ensuring that new housing developments are fully integrated with essential services. In Madinat Zayed, the project involves the development of over 400 residential plots. The technical specifications include the installation of telecommunications infrastructure and rainwater drainage systems. These upgrades are intended to reduce logistical costs for future housing projects and provide ready-to-build sites for Emirati citizens.
