Lotus Cars, represented in the United Arab Emirates by official distributor AGMC, has officially launched the flagship Emira 420 Sport across showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Positioned as the most powerful, lightest, and most aerodynamically capable variant in the Emira lineup to date, the performance coupe arrives as the world's fastest four-cylinder production car. The arrival marks a significant milestone for regional sports car enthusiasts seeking authentic driver engagement combined with everyday usability. At the heart of the Emira 420 Sport is a high-output 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine engineered in technical collaboration with AMG. In its highest state of factory tune, the mid-mounted powerplant generates an impressive 416 horsepower (421 PS) and 500 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted exclusively to the rear wheels through a recalibrated eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) designed to deliver rapid gear transitions during performance driving.
