Global Partners Limited launches Fund II to develop the Dubai Creek Gardens community featuring Westin and Renaissance branded residences.

Global Partners Limited has secured $300 million in equity for its second property fund, earmarked for the development of Dubai Creek Gardens (DCG), a master-planned community in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2. The fund manager, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), announced the capital raise on Wednesday, 12 August, following the completion of its first residential project. Branded Residences and Infrastructure In partnership with Marriott International, the firm will introduce the first Westin and Renaissance branded residences to the UAE at the Dubai Creek Gardens site. The development is situated near the Dubai Creek and will feature two distinct residential concepts: Westin Residences, focused on wellness, and Renaissance Residences, targeting urban culture and design. The masterplan includes direct waterfront access and connectivity to the Dubai Metro Green Line and the future Blue Line. The site is also positioned near the planned high-speed rail link intended to connect Dubai and Abu Dhabi in under 60 minutes. Global Partners secured the land for this project through an off-market acquisition. Handover Milestones and Valuations The announcement follows the handover of Eden House The Canal, part of the firm’s inaugural Fund I. That project, located on the Dubai Water Canal, welcomed its first residents earlier in 2026.
