Etihad Rail has released the official regulatory framework governing passenger conduct, baggage limits, and prohibited items for its upcoming national rail service. The rules establish a strict code of safety and security for the 900km network that connects the seven emirates. Luggage Limits and Prohibited Items Passengers are permitted to carry one large suitcase weighing up to 30kg and one piece of hand luggage. All baggage must fit within designated storage areas to avoid obstructing aisles or emergency exits.
