Emaar to Launch Five-Star Vida Hotel at Sharjah’s Aljada Megaproject

Emaar Hospitality Group and developer Arada have confirmed the launch of a five-star Vida hotel and branded residences within the Aljada megaproject in Sharjah. The development represents the first property under the Vida brand to open in the emirate, expanding Sharjah's high-end hospitality inventory. Capacity and Residential Components The upcoming project features 175 hotel rooms and 120 branded residences, ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom apartments. The property is situated within the Aljada master development, a AED 24 billion destination spread across 24 million square feet. Residents and guests will have access to a dedicated fitness center, a swimming pool, and social spaces designed for a younger demographic of travelers and business professionals. The branded apartments will be sold to private owners, offering a serviced living model managed by Emaar.
