Dubai’s food and beverage sector has expanded with the opening of three new burger-centric concepts in Al Safa, Al Quoz, and City Walk. The launches from Eleven Green, Flatman, and Rare arrive as the city prepares for increased footfall during the upcoming long weekend. Eleven Green Expands to Al Safa Eleven Green, founded by Sultan and Kinda Chatila, has opened its latest branch in Al Safa on Al Wasl Road. Following the success of its initial location in Meyan Mall, the brand continues to focus on its "Bull Burger" and artisanal approach. The Al Safa outlet maintains the brand’s signature menu, which gained traction after the founders secured a podium finish at the World Food Championships. Flatman and Rare Debut New Concepts In Al Quoz, a new specialized smash burger concept named Flatman has commenced operations. Located within Warehouse 12, the venue focuses on a minimalist menu featuring high-quality beef patties and house-made sauces.
