Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) will transition to a paid parking system effective June 1, 2024. The initiative, managed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in coordination with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), introduces structured fees for the high-demand technology park and residential hub. Parking Rates and Timings The new regulations apply to designated parking spaces within the DSO district, categorized under Zone K. Fees are set at AED 4 per hour, with a minimum charge of AED 2 for 30 minutes. All-day parking in the zone is priced at AED 15. The paid parking system operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Parking remains free of charge on Sundays and official public holidays. This schedule mirrors the standard operating hours of most RTA-controlled zones in Dubai.
