This digital-first investment model enables residents and international buyers to purchase shares in high-yield properties without the requirement for large down payments or mortgage approvals. Fractional Ownership Mechanisms The investment process operates through crowdfunding platforms regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). These entities acquire residential or commercial assets and divide the total value into shares.
