DUBAI — Demonstrating robust structural momentum and sustained international investor confidence, Dubai’s real estate sector recorded remarkable performance during the first half of the year, with the total investment value of completed projects surging past AED 111 billion. Official data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) confirms that 104 major real estate developments reached full completion during the six-month period, compared to 75 projects during the corresponding period of 2025, marking an impressive 38.7 percent increase in project handovers and a 52 percent expansion in total capital value. The performance highlights Dubai’s resilient economic fundamentals, transparent legislative framework, and world-class physical infrastructure, which continue to attract institutional asset managers, family offices, and individual high-net-worth investors from around the globe.
