Dubai Real Estate Sector Delivers Historic H1 2026 Expansion with 104 Projects Completed Valued at Over AED 111 Billion

DUBAI - Demonstrating unparalleled execution capacity, robust investor demand, and structural maturity across the property market, Dubai’s real estate sector achieved historic milestones during the first half of 2026. Official data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) confirms that a total of 104 major real estate projects were completed between January and the end of June 2026, compared to 75 projects delivered during the corresponding period of 2025 - representing a 38.7 percent increase in project handovers. The total investment value of these delivered projects rose sharply, expanding from AED 73 billion in the first half of 2025 to surpass AED 111 billion in the first six months of 2026. This extraordinary 52 percent year-on-year surge in project capital value reflects both the scale and the high-end quality of landmark developments reaching completion across prime coastal districts, commercial centers, and master-planned suburban communities.
