Despite the rise in seasonal indoor entertainment prices, multiple high-profile venues across the emirate continue to offer entry for Dh0, providing budget-friendly alternatives for families and visitors. The Dh1 billion facility, shaped like an open book, grants access to nine specialized libraries and a collection of over one million printed and digital books. While entry is free, visitors are required to book a specific time slot through the library’s official website or mobile application to manage capacity.
