The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced its official strategic partnership for the upcoming 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2026), scheduled to take place from September 7 to 9, 2026, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Organized by Strategic Exhibitions and Conferences, the annual gathering stands as the Middle East’s premier real estate transaction and investment platform, uniting institutional investors, property developers, government officials, financial institutions, and proptech innovators under one roof. Reflecting sustained international investor demand and unprecedented capital inflows into Dubai’s property sector, organizers confirmed that total exhibition space across Halls 4 through 8 at DWTC has expanded by 38% compared to the 2025 edition. The expansion allows the event to accommodate more than 300 global exhibitors alongside an anticipated attendance exceeding 50,000 visitors from over 180 countries.
