Dubai-based F&B groups including Gaia, The Maine, and La Cantine expand into Ibiza, Monaco, and Mykonos for the summer season.

Dubai’s dominant hospitality brands are accelerating their international expansion this summer, establishing seasonal outposts and permanent locations across major European holiday destinations. The move follows a consistent trend of UAE-born F&B groups following their domestic customer base to Mediterranean hotspots during the peak travel months of July and August. Mediterranean expansion and coastal outposts Fundamental Hospitality’s Greek-Mediterranean concept, Gaia, has secured prime locations in Monte Carlo and Marbella. The brand, which originated in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), now operates in Monaco’s Galerie Charles III and the Puente Romano Beach Resort in Spain. Similarly, La Cantine du Faubourg has expanded its reach to Mykonos, situated within the Nammos Village complex, replicating the high-energy dining environment found in its Emirates Towers flagship. The Maine, established by Joey Ghazal, has opened its first seasonal location in Ibiza.
