Nakheel releases 44 villas on Frond F as total construction contracts for the island reach AED 13 billion.
Nakheel has released a limited collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F of Palm Jebel Ali, marking one of the final opportunities for buyers to secure new residential plots on the project's fronds. The developer, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, announced the launch on Thursday, 20 August, featuring 10 architectural designs across its Beach and Coral Collections. Architectural Specifications and Pricing The new inventory includes properties designed by international firms NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group, and LOCI Architecture. The Beach Collection features five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet. The more expansive Coral Collection provides six- and seven-bedroom residences spanning 11,500 to 12,500 square feet. Each unit includes direct private beach access and emphasizes indoor-outdoor living configurations. Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, stated that the Frond F release follows significant progress in the island's construction. Nakheel has awarded more than AED 13 billion in infrastructure and construction contracts to date, with work now active across all 12 residential fronds of the master development. Construction Milestones and Timelines The launch of Frond F is triggered by the project reaching critical delivery phases.
