Dubai Holding sets 2026 delivery date as Palm Jebel Ali residential plots dwindle

Nakheel has released a limited collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F of Palm Jebel Ali, marking one of the final opportunities for buyers to secure new residential plots on the project's fronds. The developer, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, announced the launch on Thursday, 20 August, featuring 10 architectural designs across its Beach and Coral Collections. Architectural Specifications and Pricing The new inventory includes properties designed by international firms NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group, and LOCI Architecture. The Beach Collection features five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet. The more expansive Coral Collection provides six- and seven-bedroom residences spanning 11,500 to 12,500 square feet. Each unit includes direct private beach access and emphasizes indoor-outdoor living configurations.
