DUBAI — In a powerful validation of the emirate's human-centred governance philosophy, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has announced exceptional performance metrics for the 2026 edition of its innovative initiative, ‘Our Flexible Summer’. Implemented for the second consecutive year, the program brought together 49 government entities and engaged more than 24,000 public sector employees, demonstrating that progressive workplace flexibility can coexist harmoniously with flawless institutional performance and high productivity. Preliminary results published by the DGHR reveal overwhelming satisfaction across all key performance benchmarks. The initiative recorded an extraordinary 98 percent overall employee happiness rating, with 97 percent of surveyed participants and supervisors affirming that operational productivity was fully maintained throughout the period. Crucially, 96 percent of participating government departments confirmed that public-facing services and customer satisfaction metrics remained completely unaffected.
