DUBAI — The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has officially unveiled the September lineup for its flagship educational initiative, the ‘School of Life’ project. Coinciding with the start of the new academic school year and celebrating the vital contributions of Emirati women and mothers as foundational ‘Generation Shapers’, the curated monthly calendar features 46 interactive workshops, creative masterclasses, and specialized skill-building sessions hosted across Dubai Public Libraries. The program offers an inclusive community environment where children, families, adults, and People of Determination can learn, experiment, and develop diverse creative competencies. Supporting the goals of the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy, the School of Life project re-envisions neighborhood libraries as modern cultural and social hubs that foster lifelong learning and community wellbeing. The September schedule is organized around specialized interest clubs designed to engage participants of all ages. Within the Music and Performing Arts Club, the Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children will host a four-part series titled ‘Choral and Performing Arts in Arabic’, led by specialized performing arts group Cordon. The weekly workshops aim to build children’s vocal expression, performance confidence, and appreciation for classical Arabic musical traditions.
