Dubai Chambers has officially entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), the apex trade body representing India’s $315 billion technology and software sector. The landmark agreement establishes a structured bilateral corridor engineered to accelerate cooperation in Agentic Artificial Intelligence, facilitate technology and knowledge exchange, and enable high-growth Indian deeptech enterprises to establish and scale their regional and global operations from Dubai. Under the terms of the agreement, Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM will collaborate closely to build strategic partnerships among key stakeholders spanning the artificial intelligence and software engineering landscapes of both economies. The joint framework focuses on creating dedicated avenues for market entry, commercial networking, and technical integration, connecting Indian software innovators with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign funds, and corporate enterprises across the UAE.
