Nineteen finalists selected from 100 applicants will showcase AI healthcare prototypes at the Burjeel Holdings HQ in Abu Dhabi.
AiMed Solutions, the technology arm of Burjeel Holdings, has shortlisted 19 finalists to present healthcare artificial intelligence prototypes at the AI Builders Summit 2026 Live Demo Day in Abu Dhabi. The event, held at Burjeel Holdings headquarters on Saturday, 22 August, follows a competitive selection process involving more than 100 registrations from UAE-based university students and recent graduates. Finalists target clinical efficiency The 19 finalists advanced after a four-week development phase where they built functional AI prototypes and predictive analytics tools. These solutions address critical areas including clinical decision support, automation, population health management, and medical education. The initiative, managed in collaboration with the Burjeel Training Academy, aims to bridge the gap between emerging technical talent and frontline clinical requirements. A jury of experts from the healthcare, technology, and academic sectors will evaluate the projects based on their scalability, technological relevance, and potential for real-world application. High-potential concepts identified during the summit will be considered for mentorship and further development within Burjeel Holdings’ operational environments.
