British Airways (BA) has extended the suspension of its flight service between London Gatwick (LGW) and Dubai International (DXB) until October 2024. The UK flag carrier confirmed that the daily seasonal route, which was previously paused for the summer, will not resume as originally scheduled due to ongoing fleet availability constraints. \n\n The decision stems from supply chain issues affecting the airline’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet, specifically related to the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines.
