Binance has launched bStocks in the UAE, a new service allowing eligible users to trade tokenized versions of U.S. equities and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) through its platform. The announcement, made on Friday, 25 September, introduces tokenized securities for major firms including NVIDIA, Tesla, and Micron Technology, priced in USDT (Tether). Access to U.S. Equities via Tokenization Issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, bStocks are designed to track the market price of underlying shares held by a regulated custodian. While these tokens do not grant direct ownership of the underlying stocks, they allow investors to start trading with a minimum entry point of US$5. The service enables 24/7 trading, moving beyond the traditional hours of U.S. stock exchanges, though Binance warned that prices outside standard hours may experience increased volatility. At the initial launch phase, the platform will support tokenized securities for Circle Internet Group (CRCLB), Micron Technology (MUB), NVIDIA (NVDAB), Sandisk (SNDKB), and Tesla (TSLAB). The company confirmed that corporate actions, such as stock splits and dividend-related adjustments, will be processed automatically within the product structure to maintain user exposure.
