UAE-based developer Arada has committed AED 2 billion ($545 million) to establish a comprehensive healthcare network under its new subsidiary, Arada Care. The investment will fund the development of an 800-bed capacity across a series of hospitals and clinics throughout the UAE over the next decade. Strategic expansion in Sharjah and Dubai The rollout will focus primarily on Sharjah and Dubai, where the developer maintains a heavy presence through its master-planned communities. The new healthcare arm will operate facilities ranging from primary care clinics to full-scale specialized hospitals. The initial phase involves integrating these medical services directly into existing developments such as Aljada, Masaar, and Sarai to provide residents with immediate access to healthcare. Arada Care is structured to manage the entire lifecycle of the healthcare facilities, including design, construction, and long-term operations.
