Amanat Holdings PJSC, the Dubai Financial Market-listed healthcare and education investment firm, has completed the 100% acquisition of Cambridge Health Group. The finalization of this transaction grants the firm total ownership of the provider, which specializes in post-acute care and long-term rehabilitation services across the Gulf region. Consolidating Post-Acute Care Assets Cambridge Health Group, which operates primarily through the Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center (CMRC), provides specialized medical services in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The group currently maintains a significant operational footprint with facilities in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dhahran. By securing full ownership, Amanat integrates these assets into its specialized healthcare platform, targeting the growing demand for medical services that sit outside the traditional acute-care hospital model.
