Ajyal Holding takes a 25% stake in the Dubai-based real estate firm to leverage surging property demand in Abu Dhabi.

Sterling Ark, a Dubai-based real estate advisory firm, announced on Friday, 25 September, that Abu Dhabi’s Ajyal Holding has acquired a 25 per cent stake in the company. The strategic alliance is designed to accelerate Sterling Ark’s expansion across the GCC and integrate its project delivery services with Ajyal’s diversified industrial portfolio. Strategic equity investment Under the terms of the agreement, Ajyal Holding joins the founder-led platform as a minority shareholder. The move follows Sterling Ark’s transition from its former identity as Colliers Project Leaders. Sankey Prasad, Chairman of Sterling Ark, stated that the alliance provides the firm with the scope required to pursue large-scale regional opportunities by combining Sterling Ark’s advisory expertise with Ajyal’s established presence in contracting and fit-out sectors. Ajyal Holding, chaired by Ahmed M. Al Romaithi, operates across multiple sectors including aviation, construction, and technology. The partnership aims to capitalize on Sterling Ark’s "Technology as a Service" model, which utilizes artificial intelligence and real-time data systems to manage project governance and transparency for developers and institutional investors.
